William "Bill" Tyson, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend passed away peacefully on March 30th, 2026 leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and kindness. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Bill was born in Iowa on November 10, 1947 to Marjorie and Eugene Tyson. He graduated from Cupertino High School and later attended University of California, Berkeley and Empire College of Law in Santa Rosa.

He built a meaningful career as an attorney and was respected for his integrity, dedication, and work ethic. He was a true champion for the underdog. Throughout his life and career, he stood firmly for those less fortunate and for individuals who lacked representation or a voice. He used his knowledge, compassion, and strength advocating for others.

Bill served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War, where he demonstrated courage, honor, and commitment to his country. His service was distinguished by the awarding of the Purple Heart and the V Device commendation.

Bill is survived by his beloved wife, Mylene; his sister, Barbara; his daughter, Michele; son, Tyler; step-sons, Chris, Matt, and Anthony. His warmth, wisdom, and gentle spirit live on through them.

Bill will be remembered and forever loved for his generous heart, his steady presence, and the deep love he had for his family. He touched many lives and leaves behind memories that will be treasured forever.
