William Charles Rand

William “Bill” Charles Rand of Rancho Cordova, California was born on January 16, 1961. Preceeded in death by his parents Alan & Caryl Rand. Sibling to David, Doug, Dale, Jody, and Jon Rand. Bill was survived by his wife Tammie, his three girls Kimberly, Ashley, and Brittney. He was Billpa to 16 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. He was Uncle Bill to many nieces and nephews who he adored. Bill loved playing with his dog Kallie, camping, rock & roll music, and riding his Harley. He was the true king of our family. He will forever be missed. He was met at heavens gate by his niece Tara and beloved nephew Sean. May our son, brother, husband, daddy, and friend rest easily.
