Walter F. Mueller

Walter passed away on August 28, 2021, after sudden medical complications, at the age of 67.

He is survived by his partner/husband of 44 years, Hans Huber and Sister and Brother-in-Law Sonja and Christian Lange.

Walter was born in Upper Austria and moved to Munich, Germany after the death of his parents. As a trained Chef, he worked for several years in Munich, where he met his partner/husband Hans. They decided to leave Germany and build a new life in the United States. Settled in Sacramento ever since, Walter worked for many years as chef, but had to change his career due to medical problems. He started a successful on-line retail business, which just celebrated it's 20 year anniversary.

His motto was always "life is too short not to be candid", and he was well known to always speak his mind. He was a very generous man, and always loved to make people happy with little presents. To see joy in other people's faces made him smile.

Walter's passing leaves a big void for his husband, family and friends. But, as he always promised, "No matter what happens to me, I will always be with you."

One of his favorite sayings to show his love was "Loneliness begins one step away from you."
