Timothy Hendrik Hazley

We are sad to announce the passing of Timothy Hendrik (Tim) Hazley.

 Tim was 56 years of age and resided in Sacramento, California.

Tim was born in Fairfield, California then moved to Amsterdam, Holland during his formative
years of childhood. On his return to California he attended intermediate school and graduated
from Armijo High School.

Tim is a Navy Veteran who served seven honorable years of service. His accomplishments
include receiving a Good conduct medal; Southwest Asia service medal; Sea service
deployment Ribbon; Navy ‘E” ribbon; Navy Unit Commendation; and National defense service
medal.

Tim is preceded in death by Alida Vlietstra (Mother).

Tim is survived by Angelo Hazley (son), Simone Hazley (sister), Gene Hazley (brother), Eugene
Hazley (father). Tim is also survived by six nieces and one nephew; four great nieces and nine
great nephews; one great great niece and one great great nephew. Tim also left behind
Clarence his emotional support pet.

Tim wished to be cremated and his ashes will be scattered at a later date.
