Thuy Thi-Thu Phan

Born on October 30th, 1967, in Hue, Vietnam. Thuy was the daughter of John Thành Van Phan and Chanh Thì Phan Nguyễn. Her family migrated to America when she was a teenager, where she met her soulmate, Vien and together they began building their family and life. She began her career in customer service and later transitioned to pharmacy network administrator, where she was loved by her team for her dedication and warmth. 

Most of all, she was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. 

Thuy was known for her selflessness and loving heart, always putting others before herself. Her kindness and compassion touched the lives of everyone she met. She enjoyed traveling and creating cherished memories with her family, always seeking new adventures and experiences together. 

She is survived by her beloved husband, Vien; her children, Tina and Peter, Lana and Tri, Leilani, and Brandon; her grandchildren, Payson and Paxton. Thuy was preceded in death by her father, John Thành and brother, Lincoln.
