Thomas Usher

Thomas Michael Usher passed away peacefully in Sacramento, CA on December 25, 2022 at the age of 74.

Tom was born in Portland, OR and grew up in Southern California. He was a talented high school/college athlete and played football at the University of Southern California. He enjoyed all sports, but loved the Raiders! Tom was happiest when he was outside running/walking, spending summers hiking and fishing in Mammoth, golfing, taking care of the lawn and garden, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Tom was a retired plumber and spent his retirement traveling around the United States visiting National Parks in his motorhome. In his retirement, he resided in Yuma, AZ, El Paso, TX and South Padre Island, TX while frequently visiting his family in California.

Tom was a loving and dedicated father and grandfather and is survived by his four children: Thomas Usher (Caryn Usher), Melissa Worth (Ryan Worth), Megan Cordes, and Robert Usher (Sarah Cox). He is survived by his thirteen grandchildren: Laine Usher, Hailey Usher, Emma Usher, Isaac Usher, Liam Cordes, Henry Usher, Adele Cordes, Lillian Worth, Adeline Worth, Isla Worth, Zella Usher, Finnegan Usher and Vivienne Worth. He is also survived by his younger sister, Rise Keller.

A memorial service will be held on January 4, 2022 from 2:30pm-4:00pm
