It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Sharon Secco, Mattocks, Cole of San Mateo, CA on February 15th, 2026 at the age of 81 with her beloved daughters Karen and Kathryn by her side.
Education. And obtaining a degree. Was very important to Sharon and in May of 2013, at the age of 69, she graduated from Golden Gate University, San Francisco, with the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Management. This meaningful quote meant a lot to her and her Determination of working hard and obtaining a degree, is was what she always wanted. “Success is not A place at which one arrives, but rather the spirit with which one undertakes and continues the journey.” By Alex Noble. Sharon dedicated her life to her family, finding her greatest joy in being a mother to both Karen and Kathryn. She loved sewing, Reading, living and then visiting the coast often. She taught us these important valueS; you must treat others as you would want to be treated, be kind to all people regardless of their nationality and color, And to love animals as if they were your children.
Sharon is survived by her former spouse, Dennis Edward Mattocks, And their twin daughters, Karen Marie Morgan, her son Sean Morgan., Kathryn Louise Donath, Kathryn’s husband Robert, and their children, Michael, Samantha, and Evan, Along with her cherished beloved pet “Rosie”, whom was a loving support companion for her for over the past 20 years.
She was preceded by her mother, Norma Louise Cole, her father, George Marvin Cole Her grandmother, Mildred B Weaver and grandfather, Clyde E Weaver, Her aunt, Virginia Willenberg and her son Ray, Uncle Jimmy Weaver. Her second former husband, Edward Steven Seiko, 2023.
