Sacramento, California - Setsuo Okino passed away peacefully on October 10, 2022. He was surrounded by family and friends. Sets was born to Katsuichi and Hamayo Okino. He is survived by Wife - Constance, Son -Craig, Daughter - Wendy and Keith Fukushima, Grandchildren - Sarah and Matthew Fukushima, Ryan Okino and predeceased by Andrea Okino. Services will be held on October 29, 2022, at Mayhew Community Baptist Church at 11:00 a.m.
