Sandra Jean Jones

Sandra Jean Jones, also known as Sandi, peacefully passed away on July 2, 2023, at the age of 76 in Carmichael, CA surrounded by family. Born on January 1, 1947, in Woodland, CA, Sandi was a beloved individual who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.


Sandi was a very family-oriented person, always putting her loved ones first. She was known for her generosity, which knew no bounds. Her warm and caring nature endeared her to everyone she met.


In her professional life, Sandi dedicated her time and skills to working for the National Guard and Consumer Affairs. Her commitment and dedication to her work were exemplary, and she made a positive impact in her chosen field.


Sandi is survived by her sons, Brian and Blaine Heckley, her loving daughter-in-law, Katharina Heckley and her devoted sister Joanne Robinson. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews who were a source of immense joy and pride for her.


She was preceded in death by her husband James Jones and her parents, Nora and Thomas Brady Pate, her brother Bob Pate, her son Brady Heckley, and her grandson Blaine Heckley, Jr. Their memories will forever be cherished in the hearts of those who loved them.


A graveside memorial service to honor and celebrate Sandi's life will be held at East Lawn Mortuary, located at 5757 Greenback Lane, Sacramento CA 95841, on Thursday August 3rd, at 11:30 am. Family, friends, and all those whose lives were touched by Sandi are invited to attend and pay their respects.


Sandi's legacy of love, generosity, and devotion to family will continue to inspire all those who were fortunate enough to know her. May she rest in peace, knowing that she made a lasting impact on the lives of those around her.
