Ryman Steve Capili Simangan

This awesome guy, so talented, so vibrant, with a charismatic personality was born on April 29,1979, in Sacramento, CA, to Steve R Simangan, Jr and Myrna Capili Simangan. His name is Ryman Steve Capili Simangan. He is a loving husband to Erika Leanne Jimenez and a devoted daddy to Zoey Rae, 7 and Aria Ellie, 4, whom he adores so much. He is survived by Dr. Lenore Reeva Youssefi, sister, Dr. Nick Youssefi, bro in law, Cyrus Nicholas, 2 yo, nephew, Mia Loren, 8 mos, niece, grandmother Noring Simangan, 98. He was loved by so many cousins, uncles, aunties, and countless friends. In elementary he was always on the principal's honor roll. In Junior HS, he received the Presidential Award, upon graduation. He went to Christian Brothers High School, where he enjoyed and excelled in playing the trumpet in the jazz band. In 2002, he graduated from California State University with a degree in Environmental Sciences. As a college student, he worked at the Air Resources Board, where he was awarded a few times, the "Golden award", as a diligent worker. Upon graduation, he worked at Jones and Stokes for a few years. He moved to San Diego and worked for another private firm for more than 2 yrs. About 13 yrs ago, he came back to Sacramento where he started working for CAL EPA, CA Air Resources board, as an air and noise pollution specialist, then currently at the Enforcement Division. He loved playing the piano, singing karaoke and mountain biking. He loved bringing his kids snowboarding and going to Disneyland often, a place he calls " The happiest place on earth!" Ryman Steve Capili Simangan, we love you and will miss you a lot! Rest in Paradise!
