Rosario Custodio Cesa

Rosario Cesa “Rose” born October 17, 1940, left this world peacefully at home with her family by her side on February 8, 2023.  Born to Raymond and Faustina Custodio, of Cavite City, Philippines, the youngest of seven children.  She met her love Emeterio (Emer) Cesa and they were blessed with six children.

Rose worked as an office clerk at Telecommunications in the Philippines over 21 years until she immigrated to United States in 1990.   She had worked at the draperies department for JC Penny for some years but then decided to retire and devoted her time fiercely with her family.

Rose was preceded in death by her loving husband Emeterio Cesa. She will be greatly missed by her surviving children Clariza (Riza), Susana (Susan), Cristina (Cristy), Emerita (Ehmie), Emerson, Jose (Joey) together with her thirteen grandchildren, one great granddaughter and surviving older brother Nestor, many nephews and nieces.

A Viewing will be held on February 16, 2023 @ 4 pm in the East Lawn Mortuary, 5757 Greenback Lane, Sacramento 95841.   A Funeral Ceremony will be held on February 17, 2023 @ 1 pm, Divine Mercy Catholic Church: 2231 Club Center Drive follow by the Burial Services @ 3 pm, East Lawn Mortuary: 5757 Greenback Lane, Sacramento 95841.
