In Loving Memory of Rosanne Anderson

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Rosanne Anderson, a devoted mother, wife, grandmother, sister, and a cherished member of her community. She departed this world on September 7, 2023.

Born February 4th, 1953 in Oakland, California, Rosanne grew up in San Leandro, California. She was the daughter of Ralph and Marie Martin.

Rosanne is survived by her husband, Steve; her daughter, Kimberly; her son, Christopher; her daughter-in-law, Rebecca; and two grandchildren Jeffrey and Jarrett. She also leaves behind a cherished brother, Ralph Martin, a host of nieces and nephews, and dear friends who held special places in her heart.

Professionally, Rosanne was a dedicated businesswoman, who for over 37 years co-owned and operated a printing business.

Rosanne's passion for community service was a hallmark of her life. She volunteered her time and energy with the Soroptimist International of Citrus Heights, an organization dedicated to empowering women and girls. She had served as Club president, secretary and treasurer and  lent her energy to programs such as domestic violence prevention and charity for families and children going through a crisis.  She contributed many hours coordinating events held by the Soroptomist and Kiwanis Clubs of Citrus Heights such as an annual Crab Feed, a BrewFest and Golf Tournaments

Rosanne's kindness, generosity, friendship and love will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched. Her legacy of love and compassion will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to share in her life's journey.

A memorial service to celebrate Rosanne Anderson's life will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023, 12:00 PM at East Lawn Mortuary, 5757 Greenback Ln, Sacramento, CA 95841.  There will be a reception with light refreshments after the service. The family kindly requests that donations be made in her honor to the Soroptimist International of Citrus Heights or a cancer charity of your choice.
