Rosalind Chan

Rosalind Jayne Chan, 64, of Dayton, NV,  passed peacefully  on July 11, 2023. 
  
Rosalind was born on January 8, 1959 to Joseph and Elaine Chan in Sacramento. After Rosalind graduated from C.K. McClatchy High School in 1977, she went on to graduate from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Psychology. 
  
After graduating college, she found a career  at Merck as a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep. 
In  retirement  she enjoyed  cruises and  traveling, and spending time with family and friends especially over  a delicious meal.   
  
Rosalind  was predeceased by her father Joseph.  She is survived by mother Elaine Lee Chan, brother Myron (Kim) , and their sons Nicholas and Evan;  sister Jolene Chan, and her sons Lee and Jake Polla. She is also survived by step-mother Ella Chan and step-sister Kathleen Garibay (David) and their son Daniel. 
  
Services will be held at East Lawn on Aug.25, 2023 at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Asian Care Center of Sacramento- 7801 Rush River Dr.
