Robert Norman Doty

Robert N. Doty beloved husband of Susan Doty, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023. He leaves behind his daughter Sharon Penn, stepdaughter Linda Areson (Tom) and stepson Richard Maxwell (Nikki) and two granddaughters Stephanie Earl(Lance) and DeeAnna Maxwell. He was a proud Berkeley graduate in civil engineering which was his lifelong goal. He had a successful career at Cal-Trans for 39 years and retired from the lab on 59th street. After retiring, he spent many happy years in Galt, Ca. with his family and at their second home in ORPS, Cathedral City, where he and Sue had many close friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him
