Robert E Krull II "Bob"

Robert E. Krull II, known as Bob, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family after a short illness. Born and raised in Elk Grove, CA, on the family dairy with his parents, Phyllis and Bob, and his brother Tom, Bob attended UC Davis before enlisting in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam era. After returning home, he ran the Krull family dairy, during which time he married his wife Faye, finished his education, and raised his two children in a home filled with joy and love. He later retired from Blue Diamond Growers after a long career. Bob had a lifetime love of music. He sang in the Catholic church choir for decades, performed light opera for many years, loved reading and took great pride in being a skilled landscaper, caring for his home. He was a loving husband, devoted father and grandfather. Bob is survived by his wife Faye of 51 years; his daughter Kathleen, her husband John, and their children Gabby and Taylor; his son Jonathan and his family; and his brother Tom, his wife Sarah, and their family. Bob had a life well lived and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A funeral Mass will be held on February 6 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Elk Grove, with a reception to follow.
