Robert "Beto" Torres

Robert "Beto" Torres went to be with our Lord peacefully on Feb 9, 2022. Born to Pablo and Bibiana Torres in Mexticacan, Jalisco, Mexico on Feb 22 1950.  Beto graduated from Dos Pueblos High School in Goleta, CA and shortly after he served proudly in the Army for 2 years.  He met and married the love of his life Margarita Torres (Cuellar) on Oct 4, 1976. The family then moved to Sacramento, CA  and Beto retired from Crystal Milk Company after 16 years. Beto was an avid music lover and played in a band, Cariño, for many years. He will be known and missed by many for his kindness, sense of humor and

generosity. He left an impact on all he met. Beto was a huge sports fan and loved the Raiders, Notre Dame and the Kings.

Beto is survived by his wife, Margarita, of 46 years, his daughter, Lisa Marie Barrera, son, Eduardo Torres, his 5 loving grandchildren Joseph, Angelica, Isabel, Vanessa, and Isaac and great granddaughter Alyssa.  In addition, Beto is survived by his 3 loving sisters, Jessica, Maria and Josephina, and brother Pablo. He is also by many extended loving family members. Preceeded in death by his parents, Pablo and Bibiana Torres where they are now reunited.

A celebration of life service will be determined at a later date.
