Renadine Delores Sylvain

Renadine Delores Sylvain passed away peacefully at home on December 16, 2022.
Born on March 20, 1945, Renadine was Ernestine and George Seaton’s firstborn. To family and friends, Renadine was lovingly known as Renee. She finished high school in New York City after moving there with her mother and siblings. Upon graduation, she began work in city government and the banking industry.
She is survived by her mother, Ernestine Seaton, her three daughters, Debbie Sellers, Jean Kalanzi, and Alison Baptiste and her two sons, Conrad Seaton and Anthony Sylvain. She will be dearly missed by her 11 sisters - Denise, Linda, and June Frazier, Monetta Reed, Melisha Trotman and Connie, Mandy, Carla, Jinty, Lola, and Pippy Seaton – and her three brothers, George, Birthwick, and Floyd Seaton. One sister, Judy Seaton, preceded her in death. Left to cherish her memory are eight grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Renee will also be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Renee was a fun-loving person who relished spending time with her family. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, eating good food, and visiting with friends. Renee’s laughter, good-natured spirit, and kind heart will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Sacramento Food Bank.
