Patrick Crocker, 69, of Antelope, CA, went home to be with his Heavenly Father on June 16, 2026. Pat was born on September 7, 1956 in Roseville, CA to William and Vera Joanne Crocker.

Pat was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle.

Pat is survived by his wife of 26 years, Trudi Crocker.

Children: Courtney Blevins (Ryan), Matthew Crocker (Jess), Christyn Crocker (Jason), David Westfall (Haley), and Danielle Harmer (Austin).

Grandchildren: Cade, Raeya, Jax, Leila, Jayden, Maddix, Maverick, Riley and Tyler.

Brothers: Bob Crocker (Halenda), John Crocker (Janet).

Sister: Laura Wallace.

Also, survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Pat was preceded in death by his parents William Thomas Crocker III and Vera Joanne Crocker (Peek). Also, preceded in death by a brother, Bill Crocker.

Pat shared numerous stories and accomplishments with his family and friends, entertaining us all throughout his life. He was widely known for his engaging personality, and loved to talk for hours.

Pat earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Associate degrees in Nutrition and Network Communication.

Pat was a Championship softball player, where he received MVP several times. Pat started weightlifting to gain strength for softball, and found his love for a new sport. At a strength exhibition at Cal Expo, he leg pressed 2,000 pounds, followed by 32 leg presses of 1,000 pounds. Pat was also ranked by “Powerlifting USA”, as one of the top 100 Bench Pressers in the US, with a 585-pound bench press. Pat competed in several Bodybuilding competitions, where he never lost, and also awarded “Mr. Grass Valley”. Pat was also in “The Guinness Book of World Records” for the Anvil Toss, with a throw of 16 feet 9 inches.

Pat coached and mentored his children in softball, soccer, judo, wrestling, football, boxing, and gymnastics. For decades he enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren play sports. The family traveled all over California to events, including Disneyland several times. We all have beautiful memories.

Pat trained and coached strength training to hundreds of athletes, professional and amateur. He loved to teach people what he knew. He would help anyone that asked.

Pat could fix anything and had a vast tool collection, which he was very proud of. He spent many long days and late nights, with family and friends, working on cars and home projects.

Pat loved to ride his motorcycle. He enjoyed numerous trips with family and friends, including a trip to Sturgis in South Dakota.

Pat was one of a kind.

He will be deeply missed.

Services will be held at East Lawn Mortuary, 5757 Greenback Lane, Sacramento, CA, on Friday, July 10, 2026. Viewing at 1:30pm; Services at 2:30pm, followed by a Reception.
