William W. Miller

William W. Miller passed away peacefully in his sleep after a lengthy battle with cancer. William is joining his beloved wife Hilde after many years of being apart. Beloved Dad to Wendy and William. He was also a loving Grand Dad to Marja. He leaves behind his sister Mary in Montana and he has extended family throughout the United States. William had a long and distinguished career in the United States Air Force. During his military career he served overseas in Germany, Japan, Korea, England, Newfoundland, Greenland, and Guam. He received many commendations throughout his military career. He was extremely proud to have served his country. He had a wonderfully sarcastic sense of humor. He was always ready with a joke or a funny story. He had passions for cars, boxing and music. In his lifetime he purchased many different makes and models of cars. He always found a new car that caught his eye. William believed that you should never stop improving yourself. You can take classes, read a book or watch an educational program. Inurnment will be private. Remembrances can be made to the American Cancer Society. Dad, you will be  eternally missed, remembered and loved. Be at peace now.
