in Sacramento August 15, 2004. Beloved husband of Barbara Foster, devoted as a father could be to James P. Harding, Carrie Oathalifaud and Staci Stenroos. Loving brother of William Foster, Merilyn Valdez and Dorothy Silva, also survived by may loving grandchildren and many friends, Aged 74. A retired technician after 35 years of the Sacramento-Yolo mosquito abetment Dept. and A resident of Elk Grove for over 62 years. Friends are invited to attend the Memorial Services Monday August 23 at 4:00 in the Chapel at South East Lawn Memorial Park, 9189 E. Stockton Blvd., Elk Grove, CA.
