Lorie J. Lovett

Lorie J. Lovett, 78 of Chico passed away from natural causes on August 16, 2004 at Twin Oaks Rehabilitation Hospital. She was born on August 2, 1926 to Ralph and Leona Taylor. In 1943 Lorie married George D. Lovett in Oakland. Lorie attended school in Willows. She enjoyed doing arts and crafts and working in her garden. Lorie loved to spend time socializing with family and friends. She is preceeded in death by her husbanf and daughter, Vicki. She is survived by a sister Lovie Wicks of Biggs; brother Joe Taylor of salt Lake City, Utah; daughters Lindy Thengvall of Chico and Kandi Thomas of Sacramento; and a son, Randal Lovett of Sacramento; 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Memorial Services were held August 20, 2004, 2pm at South East Lawn Mortuary, Elk Grove, CA. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society in the memory of George and Lorie Lovett.
