Harter, Karen Ann
Born on March 14, 1942 in Johnstown, PA., passed away on May 1, 2008 at age 66. Survived by her loving husband of 44 years, David Harter, son Daniel Harter, daughter Christine Hobbs and her husband Clark, step son Kerry Harter and his wife Colleen. Brother Barry Cobaugh. Grandchildren Noah, Ashley, Lindsay and Justin. Her family and friends will miss her dearly. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Wednesday, May 14, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Marks Lutheran Church, 7869 Kingswood Dr., Citrus Heights, CA. In lieu of flowers, make a donation to the Arthritis Foundation or the American Diabetes Association.
