Passed away in Sacramento, August 18, 2004 at the age of 88. Devoted husband of Iva Rallens for 62 years. Loving father of James A. Rallens, Jr. & his wife Judy; Gary Lee Rallens & his wife Lindell. Adoring grandfather of 5 and great-grandfather of 10. Family and friends are welcome to attend the visitation, Tuesday, August 24th, 4pm until 8pm and Wednesday, August 25th, 9am until 8pm at South East Lawn Mortuary, 9189 E.Stockton Blvd, Elk Grove, CA. Private Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 26, 2004 at South East Lawn Memorial Park. Friends are invited to attend Memorial Services, Thursday, August 26, 7pm at Grace Church, 9766 Waterman Road, Elk Grove. Contributions may be made to the Grace Church Building Fund.
