Hortencia Hernandez Zambrano

Zambrano, Hortecia H., age 79 of Sacramento died peacefully in her home after a long illness on 08/29/2004. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Jesus Sr. Beloved Mother of Jesus, Jr., and R. Linda Sandoval. Mrs. Zambrano dedicated her life as a homemaker, mother, sister, and grandmother. She will be greatly missed.
