Frank John Lozano

LOZANO, FRANK JOHN Passed away in North Highlands on September 30, 2008. Beloved husband of Michele Bourbon Lozano; Loving father of Michael, Frank and Joe Lozano; Loved son of Frank C. and the late Theresa Lozano; Dear brother of Barbara Williams (Bill), Tony Lozano (Carolyn), Ted Lozano, Felice Barrientos (Jose), Nancy Gaytan, and Gilbert Lozano (Cindy); He is also survived by 1 grandchild, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles; special friend Robin Cable, and special mother-in-law Emma Bourbon. He was born in Sacramento and graduated in 1972 from Highlands High. He excelled in sports-track and football and played trumpet in band. He was the third generation of Lozano's working for the Rice Growers Association as a Mill Specialist; worked many years in restaurant management in California, Nevada and Arizona. He completed Sacramento Sheriff's Department pre-service law enforcement basic academy. He was also a member of the International Longshoreman and Warehousemen's Union Local # 17.
