Donald Francis Dooley

DOOLEY, DONALD F. In Sacramento, Dec. 26, 2004. Beloved father of Kathleen Henry, and Andrea Dooley, grandfather of Paul Henry. A native of Missouri, aged 75 years. A US Navy and Army veteran, serving in Korea. He worked as an Information Officer for the State of California 25 years. A docent for the Sacramento Zoo; a member of the Information Officers Association of CA, avid 49er fan and season ticket holder since 1948. A member of the Sigma Delta Chi. He held a BA in Journalism and Masters Degree in History. A proud father and grandfather that encouraged his children to get a good education. A world traveler visiting every continent except Antarctica. A private family service will be held. Memorials to the Sacramento Zoo in his memory.
