Tracy, Cecil Raymond, age 78, of Sacramento passed away 8/31/04. Beloved husband of Elizabeth, dear father of Bryan married to Patt Tracy, and Janet married to Michael McCorduck. Also survived by his 3 grandsons Raymond Cecil Cook, Christian Thomas Cook, Paul Tracy Harringon, and many beloved family members. Mr. Tracy served the United States Navy during WWII, was a retired lieutenant for the Sacramento Police Department and a retired investigator for the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office, but mostly, he loved to play Golf.
