BEVERLY ANN JACOBS

JACOBS, BEVERLY ANN (BAKER) Age 80, of Citrus Heights joined her heavenly father on June 23, 2006. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, friend, sister and a devout parishioner at Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church. She was a teacher in Nebraska, married Adolph Jacobs in 1950 and they owned and operated Cafe 81 in York, NE. She came to California from Nebraska in 1957, where she raised six children in North Highlands. With love, care and patience, she appreciated life and looked for the best in each situation. She lived to make a difference in the days of others, and succeeded with sincere caring, a sparkle in her eye, a warm loving smile, gentle hello, and strong zest for life. Beverly is survived by her children, Dianna Scoggins, Robert Jacobs, Paula Jacobs, Lori (Jacobs) Corder, and husband Tony, and Tara (Jacobs) Evers and husband George of the Sacramento, CA Area, and Cynthia (Jacobs) Spencer and husband Patrick of Kapolei, HI; her seven grandchildren, Jennifer Scoggins, Robert Jacobs, Jr., Brian Scoggins, Andy Jacobs, Taylor Corder, Kendall Corder, and Krystal Jacobs; and her three younger sisters, Alfreda Baker of Grand Island, NE, Lois (Baker) Gruntorad of Lemoore, CA and her husband Ervin and Janice (Baker) Bollish of North Platte, NE. Beverly is also survived by a large extended family around the Country and the world. A celebration of Beverly Ann Jacobs life was held at 11:30 A.M. on Thurs., July 6, at Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church in the Sanctuary, 11427 Fair Oaks Boulevard.
