Betty Mae Kleger

KLEGER, BETTY M. Passed away peacefully in Citrus Heights on July 19, 2008. She is survived by her significant other Doris Del Bene and her sister Joyce Tappan; She is preceded in death by her parents Samuel and Betty Kleger. She was born in Mellette, South Dakota and raised in Astoria, Oregon. She worked for various social service agencies as a clinical social worker during her career which spanned 20 years. She also retired from the U.S. Air Force with the grade of Major after 21 years of service. She was 85 years of age. Friends are welcome for graveside services on Friday, July 25, 2008 at 11:00 AM at East Lawn Sierra Hills Memorial Park, 5757 Greenback Lane, Sacramento.
