Survived by her husband, Jose Ortiz. Two children, Deborah Griffin and Michael Griffin. Five grandchildren, Sara and Joseph Sodeman. Noah, William, and Gary Griffin. Five Step-children Martin, Lorena, Tanya, Miguel, Natalie, Andrew, Adriana and Daniel.

Nancy was an animal lover by nature. She was down to earth, welcoming, and had a lot of room in her heart for everybody in her life. She will be remembered by her dedication to everyone in her family
