Marie "Mary" Tyler

Marie Tyler, a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2024 at the age of 90. Born in Armenia on August 27, 1934 to Petros and Paramizem Babarudy, Marie will be remembered for her strength, warmth, and love of family. She dedicated her life to her family, always there with a warm welcome and an extended Armenian goodbye. Marie loved to travel, seeing places such as Hong Kong, China, Italy, Japan, Switzerland, France, and the Caribbean. Closer to home, she enjoyed a good Hallmark movie and large family gatherings. She also enjoyed the time she spent working along side her husband and boys at Tyler’s Carlmont Nursery in Belmont, California. Marie is survived by her husband, Robert Tyler; son, Raymond Tyler; and grandson, Dane Tyler. She was preceded in death by her sons, Edward Tyler, and Richard Tyler. 

A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, September 20th, at East Lawn of Elk Grove, 9189 East Stockton Boulevard Elk Grove, CA 95624. There will be no visitation prior to the graveside service.
