She was an avid reader of all genres and a green-thumb gardener. She enjoyed cooking for family and friends. She loved sharing wonderful stories of her life filled with struggles, hope and faith with her friends, children and grandchildren. She always made time to spend with anyone in need and was a great listener. She spoke with gentleness and love in each word uttered. Lunar New Years and other holidays were her favorite times of the year. During Lunar New Years she cherished making traditional Vietnamese Bánh Chưng for all her loved ones and to help the church fundraise.
