Mary Ann Renzi

Mary Ann (Rigby) Renzi, age 83, of El Dorado Hills, California, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2025.

She was born on February 11, 1942, in Sacramento, California, daughter and only child of the late Kenneth and Phyllis (Rigby) Strong. She was a graduate of Sacramento High School and Sacramento State University. She was a social worker before opening an Ace Hardware store in Elk Grove, California. Mary Ann was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother; a talented seamstress and crafter; and a devout Episcopalian whose kindness and graciousness knew no bounds.

Besides her parents, Mary Ann was preceded in death by her cherished husband of 60 years, Frank Anthony Renzi, her high school and college sweetheart.

Mary Ann is survived by her loving daughter, Ann Marz, and her husband Jonathan, of El Dorado Hills. She was the proud grandmother of Benjamin, Catherine, and Jon, all of whom she adored and doted upon. Mary Ann is the sister-in-law of Joseph Renzi and his wife Diane, of El Dorado Hills. She is the aunt to several nieces and nephews.
