Marlene Jane Colbert

Marlene Jane Colbert, 85, a resident of Sacramento, peacefully passed at her home on June 18, 2023.
Marlene was predeceased by her parents Elsie and Ted Bieber, her brother Harvey Bieber, and 3 of her children Pamela Metcalf, Terry Metcalf and Larry Colbert. 
She is survived by her daughter Joyce, grandchildren Tosha Nichols, Chad Metcalf and Nicole Colbert and her sister in law Kaye Bieber.
Marlene lived a fulfilled life of being a daughter, mother, sister and a dear friend to many. She was also a wonderful great grandma to 6.
She enjoyed arts and crafts and collecting owls. Following retirement she devoted her time to be a caretaker to her parents and son. Family meant everything to her and she was definitely the rock in ours. She will be greatly missed by many, and forever in our hearts.
