Mark Harold Minnis, 63, of Sacramento, California, passed away on April 17, 2026, surrounded by the love of those who meant the most to him. Born on January 2, 1963, Mark lived a life defined by kindness, warmth, and a generous spirit that made everyone around him feel seen and valued.

Mark was known for his loving nature, his quick wit, and the gentle humor that could brighten even the heaviest day. He had a remarkable eye for beauty and expression, finding joy in decorating and creating elegant flower arrangements that brought comfort and delight to countless people. Through his family, his work, and his many friendships, Mark touched lives in ways that will be remembered for years to come.

Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Lenora and Roy Minnis, whose love and guidance shaped the compassionate person he became.

He is survived by his husband, Bobby, his brother Tim Minnis, sister‑in‑law Lisa Minnis, niece Isabel Minnis, and nephew Tanner Minnis, all of whom carry forward the love and memories they shared with him.

A service honoring Mark’s life will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at East Lawn Memorial on Folsom Blvd in Sacramento, California. A reception will follow at 1:00 p.m. near the memorial service.
