Linda Marie Hulse

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Marie Hulse on March 12th, 2026, at the age of 78. Linda was bord on April 16th, 1947, the first of three children of Frank and Betty Mathews, who proceeded her in death. Also preceding her in death is her nephew, John Mathews, and her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Don and Kay Hulse. Linda is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 58 years, Thomas Hulse; her brothers, James Mathews (m. Laura) and Ernest Mathews (m. Kathey); her brothers-in-law, Robert Hulse (m. Barbara), David Hulse (m. Gail), and Jon Hulse (m. Sharon); her nephews, Jason Mathews, and Paul Mathews; her niece, Jessica Feuerbach (m.Zachary); and her nieces and nephews from the Hulse side of the family, Brian Hulse (m. Joanne), Kevin Hulse (m. Lynelle), Patrick Hulse (m. Jane), Karen Hulse, Christine Hulse, Robert Hulse, Steven Hulse, Sara DiCicco (m. Mike),, and Meghan Millard (m. Kevin). 

Linda was a bright and loving light in the lives of all those who knew and loved her. She was affectionately known as "Aunt Linda" by many more than just her nieces and nephews. Although she an Tom didn't have their own children,  Linda was a second mom to so many in the family. She was extremely creative and very talented, which frequesntly led to her involvement with wedding planning, briadal showers, baby showers, and other family evenets. She was always there for those in need. Her departure from this earth will leave a hole in the lives and hearts of many. 

The family invites you to join them for a celebration of Linda's life to be held on Saturday, April 25th, 2026, at 11:00am, at the Galt United Methodist Church, 571 C Street, Galt, CA 95632. Refreshments will be provided.
