Lila Frost

Lila Frost passed away on Februay 1, 2026 in Grants Pass, Oregon where she lived the last 30 years with her husband HF Frost. Lila and HF graduated from Elk Grove High School together.

Born August 4, 1934 in Montana, Lila was a devoted mother who loved her children, grandchildren and great-granddaughter. She was a woman of strong faith, who loved the Lord. She enjoyed Landscaping design and planning, watching San Francisco Giants baseball games, and talking was her specialty. 

She was preceded in death by her husband HF Frost, parents; Earnest and Ann Nelson. 

She is survived by her daughter's Becky Kell and Kathy Cheek; sister, Joann Aguirre; grandsons, Dallas Kell, Steven Cheek and wife Kyndra Cheek; great-grandaughter; Danielle Cheek, nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her additional family with HF which includes; daughter-in-law Lisa Frost, son-in-law Shorty VanDyke; grandchildren, Andrew Frost, Stacy Frost, Kaycee Foster, Nikki Deters, Jimmy Frost, great-grandchildren; Logan, Michael, Preston, Jaydon, Sebastian and nieces and nephews.
