Lawrence "Larry" Khan
September 22, 1950 - January 13, 2022
Sacramento, California - Larry Khan, husband, father, and friend passed away on January 13, 2022, surrounded by loved ones.
Born in Yuba City, Larry was a lifelong Sacramento resident, raising his family and operating several businesses in the area. Larry was also a dedicated senior volunteer for the California Highway Patrol. He married Mary (née Rubalcaba) on December 15, 1973, and they enjoyed life together ever since.
Larry was steadfastly dedicated to his family, church, and friends which was apparent to all who knew him and to those who had the pleasure of just meeting him. Larry lived a robust, spirited, social, funny, and loving life. He was always interested in the lives of people he met and made them feel like they were the most important people in the world. We can all be thankful for that lesson.
Larry leaves behind his wife Mary, daughters Sherah and AnnaMaria, son Lawrence, several grandchildren, his brother Richard, sisters Mary, Barbara and Karen, in-laws that became more than family by marriage, and friends and family too numerous to list. If you knew Larry, you know what we mean. He will be missed by all but not forgotten.
Fully masked services will be held at New Life Tabernacle on January 29, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. with a reception at 2:00 p.m. at Clunie Community Center. Please join us to celebrate Larry's life and legacy.
