Kimberly Jean Cloward

Kimberly Jean Cloward was born to Lonnie and Dawn Cloward on October 31, 1984 in Harbor City California. She is survived by her parents and brothers, Jeremy (Safa) Cloward, Lonnie Ray (Ashleigh) Cloward and Justin (Natasha) Cloward. She was Aunt Kimberly to Hunter, Garrett, Lonnie Ray Jr, Lexi, Madison, Braleigh and Whitney. Kimberly graduated from Sheldon High School in 2002. She later graduated from Sacramento State University in 2008, earning a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with cum laude honors. Kimberly went on to be employed by Elk Grove Unified School District for the last 18 years. Kimberly was a much loved physical education teacher at Laguna Creek High School. Her students were her pride and joy. She brought laughter, fun, and knowledge to her classes. Her office was always a safe place for her students. They could always find a listening ear and lots of pictures in her office. Kimberly, though ill for the last 8 years, lived life to the fullest, never allowing herself to be slowed down. An avid Duke University Basketball fan. She loved the blue devils. Active in sports all her life Kimberly, excelled in soccer and any sport she put her mind too. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and Cardinal Family. Her faith in Jesus assures us that she is in a better place. We don’t say goodbye. Only see you later. Kimberly, we loved you so much.
