Kevin has begun a new journey, this time in Heaven.
He touched so many lives, and so many touched his with their soft hearts and guiding hands. His family, his learning family, and his community.
Kevin loved his family, Mom, Dad, Skip, Sherry, James and Dan, and by extension their families and friends. They were all welcome into his life with love. He looked forward to seeing his nieces and nephews, Mitch, Jess, Robin, Amanda, Travis, Abby and Maddie.
Kevin had an enthusiasm for life, for going and doing. He loved going anywhere with his family, to brothers' house to hang out, to the movies, out to eat and to have a big coke. Kevin loved wrestling, on TV, magazines, in person. As his nephews and nieces grew up around him, they came to learn that he loved big trucks too. He would point them out on the highway, at truck stops where so many were parked. He would always give the signal to honk the horn.
Kevin had a difficult time using words to communicate. His family has provided words to describe him.
Kevin, kindness, love and innocence.
Enthusiastic, fun, and funny.
Protective, always watching out for the little ones and making sure they were safe.
Amazing. Kevin was an amazing person.
We have been changed for the better because of Kevin.
