Kelly Rene Davis
November 6, 1963 - May 4, 2022
Elk Grove, California - Hearts felt heavy as Elk Grove said goodbye to one of the most special humans to have ever walked this Earth. After a year-and-a-half battle with cancer, Kelly Rene Davis passed away surrounded by her loving family in the early morning of May 4th. She is survived by her parents Beverly and Kenneth Wilfong, husband Malcolm, and four children, Kristyn, Alex, Anthony, and Adrian.
The Sacramento native was most fond of her family and the Catholic community they have been a part of for so many years. Her hardworking and generous spirit guided her through life. A dear, loyal friend to everyone, a social butterfly, and a woman with unmatched strength are just a few of her many beautiful qualities she will be remembered by. There is nothing she was more proud of than the four children that she and Malcolm raised together. She lived a life of service both personally and professionally. She spent many years working at The University of Phoenix, The Elk Grove Unified School District, and Social Security Administration. Her various roles all shared one thing in common: helping people better themselves and alleviating hardships they may be experiencing.
Her family will hold a viewing on May 12th at East Lawn in Elk Grove from 5:00 to 8:00 pm as well as a funeral service on May 13th at St. Joseph Parish in Elk Grove at 11:00 am with an outdoor reception to follow at 3:00pm. Please email infokdavis@gmail.com to request more information.
