Julie Ann Rivet

February 11, 1949 — January 31, 2024

Elk Grove, CA

As Julie's husband Terry Tingesdahl, I can truly say "I was Blessed" and "Wonderful Life" describes how Julie Rivet Tingesdahl touched my life and many lives of people who knew her, young and old alike. She was and Educator/Teacher for 32 years in Galt California teaching Kindergarten and First graders. She taught 100's of students and after retiring she ran across students she had taught who said to her "Do you remember me?" She would just beam with joy. She had a hugh heart and loved all her students.

Julie was a beautiful women, wife, mother, and sister who cared deeply about her family. She always had my back and knew the right words of encouragement and wisdom for me to hear. Together we built dreams and live life to the fullest each day.

Julie's interest and talents was designing, visualizing and creating from scratch a safe haven of back yards of all the houses she lived in. It rejuvenated her soul just being outside and seeing God's handiwork all around her. Whatever task Julie took on, you count on it being done to perfection. She loved getting away to Carmel-Pacific Grove area on the Central Coast of California where she lived several summers growing up as a child and as well as her adult years. She loved the Pacific Ocean, it refreshed her mind, soul and spirit and strengthened our love for each other each time we visited the area.

Julie was proceeded in death by her husband Robert Rivet Sr, her parents Harry and Helen Baroni and grandparents.

Julie is survived by her three children, Mary Rivet-Pool, Robert Rivet Jr, and Anne Marie May and three grandchildren. She is also survived by four sisters Corrinne Dwyer, Louise Foster, Annette Arceo and Gina Martinez along with a great family of Nieces and Nephews in the Greater Sacramento California area.

A piece of my heart is with you in Heaven Julie my Sweetheart. But our love will live on till we meet again in a better place and share our special bond together forever.
