Born November 17,1934 in Frank, Pa. Died March 10 2026.
Joe was a principal and teacher for 38 years with the Elk Grove Unified School District. He was loved and respected. He was preceded in death by his wife of 66 years Judith Ann. He is survived by his 3 children Kevin, Kristan , and Kip; his 10 grandchildren 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
He will be missed.
