John Clark Peckham

John Peckham, Age 75, passed away on November 2, 2023, in Fair Oaks, Ca. He was born on September 1, 1948, to Calvin and Mildred (Millie) Peckham. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother William (Billy) Peckham.

He is survived by his brother James Peckham, son Jeremy Peckham, daughters Lori Pendleton (Larry), Jennifer Gutierrez (Peter) and his beloved grandchildren. Jacob, Jesse, James and Luna Peckham, Taylor and Jordan Pendleton, Nathan, Adam and Olivia Gutierrez and great grandson, Wyatt Gutierrez.

John was an avid collector, known for his love of music, old movies, old advertising signs and cars. He had a passion for life and enjoyed sharing his interests with others.

John attended Highlands High School and graduated from American River College.

 

Throughout his career, John dedicated himself to Lucky Stores and Save Mart for 46 years and later joined Folsom Lake Ford for 10 years.

In his free time, John was an active member of the Masons and a past president of the Capital City Carvett Club.

Celebration of Life will be held at the Dante Club in Sacramento on April 6th noon to 3pm, where family and friends will gather to honor and remember John's remarkable life. John will be dearly  missed by  all who   knew  and  loved   him.  May his memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to us all.
