Job Anthony Irving

Job Anthony Irving passed away on August 26, 2021 at the age of 30 in Tacoma, Washington. Born in New Orleans, Louisiana on August 24, 1991. As a young child, Job and his family moved to Sacramento, California where he lived most of his life. Shortly after graduating from Arthur A. Benjamin Health Professions High School in 2009, he enlisted in the United States Army Reserves. After completing his reserve contract, he enjoyed living in Mid-Town Sacramento where he was able to socially shine. January 2020, Job reenlisted with the United States Army as an Active Duty Soldier. He spent the following year training to be a nurse for the Army. March 2021, Job successfully completed his training and was stationed at Fort Lewis, Tacoma, Washington. Job is survived by friends and family who will remember him for his kind caring heart, big bear hugs, upbeat loving personality, ability to bring everyone together, unique sense of humor and infectious laugh.

A memorial service with Military Honors will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at 10:00am at the East Lawn Elk Grove Mortuary Chapel, 9189 East Stockton Blvd., Elk Grove, CA 95624.
