JoAnn Marie Rutherford
Grew up in Sacramento Ca. area and graduated from Elk Grove High School in 1974. She started a career at Proctor & Gamble and retired after 35 years of service. She was a caring wife and mother and the most important thing to her was family. Her two sons and daughter Jonathan (BJ), Jeff (Angie), and Sarah (Jeremy), plus her grand children. She loved the outdoors, cutting and splitting firewood, fishing, and also supervising.
She loved visiting the Peck Family Ranch and going up to the Rutherford property near Plymouth California.
She never had a bad word to say to anybody, and boy did she love to talk and tell stories of her life and memories. She would talk to anyone about anything and always made you feel at ease.

What a legacy, what a life. We invite each of your to keep JoAnn alive in your hearts. We were each touched by her presence and we are better because of that. This is not goodbye, she is at peace now watching over us all. Now it’s our turn to go live life to the fullest and keep her legacy alive.
