In Loving Memory of Joan Knecht

Joan Elizabeth Knecht, devoted wife, mother, grandmother & friend passed away June 27th after a short illness. She was born in Sacramento on September 11, 1946.

Joan’s legacy of compassion & dedication to her family & friends will forever be cherished by those who were fortunate enough to know her.

She had an endless amount of devoted friends & family that were by her side. Many friends from her career at Bank of America will feel the loss of a truly devoted friend.

Joan was preceded in death by her parents John & Inga Severtson, her beloved husband George of 55 years and her cherished sons Gregory & Darin.

Joan is survived by her adored son Kyle (Justine) beloved grandchildren, Dylan, Kelsey, Justin & Charlotte who brought immense joy to her life. Numerous aunts, uncles & cousins. Joan inspired all to love & be kind to one another. May her memory be a blessing to all who were fortunate enough to call her family or friend.
