Jio Choy Saepharn

In loving memory of, Jio Choy Saepharn, who was chosen by God to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven on November 8th, 2023. He was born in Laos on May 5th, 1953. Jio Choy was predeceased by his parents Yao Choy Sea Phan and Mouang Soy Se Tuen and his brother, Fou Kouang Sea Phan.He was a devoted husband of Jio On Saepharn and dedicated father of Muong, Gen, and Daniel, and a loving grandfather to Maiya Choy.We weren’t ready to lose him but know that he is in a better place. He stands in our hearts as a reminder of strength, love, and compassion. Though we will mourn his loss daily, we know that we will be reunited in time.
