Jeanne Fong Wong

Jeanne Wong | June 13, 1958 - June 3, 2022 | Sacramento, CA 

Jeanne Wong went home to the Lord on June 3, 2022 surrounded by her husband, older sister, and brother in law. She passed away at the age of 63 after a hard fought battle to lung cancer. 

Jeanne was born on June 13, 1958 in Sacramento. She married her husband, Johnson in 1983. Together they had 2 children, Leslie and Lori. Not only was she an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, and aunt, Jeanne was also a selfless and loving friend to those around her. 

Jeanne loved trying new foods and traveling to different places, but most of all she loved her job. Jeanne was a dedicated dental hygienist for 37 years. She always looked forward to seeing her patients and enjoyed building relationships with them over time. 

In 2020, she retired from her dental hygienist job, but gained the greatest job of all as Popo (grandma) to her 3 grandchildren. Jeanne is preceded in death by her mother and father, Sunny and Shirley Fong. But is survived by her husband Johnson of 39 years, her two daughters Leslie (Bobby) and Lori (Matt), her grandchildren Zoey, RJ, and Micah, her sisters Lily (Clifford), Betty (Jason), Sandy (Norman), and Kathy (Eric), and many nephews and nieces. 

A celebration of life will be held on July 2, 2022, at Chinese Grace Bible Church (6656 Park Riviera Way, Sacramento, CA 95831) at 10:30. Doors will open at 10:15. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jeanne’s memory to Chinese Grace Bible Church.
