She subsequently moved to Sausalito which she loved. It reminded her of home with its strong personality and Italian roots. It was at this time she met Keith Yarwood. Jean moved to Sacramento in the late 1970s. There she flourished. Jean began her career at U. C. Davis Medical Center and quickly raised through the administrative ranks in the Labor Relations Department until her retirement.

Jean enjoyed being with her family. She loved fine dining, antique shopping and trips to Lake Tahoe.

Loving husband, Keith Yarwood, preceded her with his passing earlier this year.
